What is BRICKLIVE Christmas?
BRICKLIVE Christmas is a multi-day event from 25 November to 8 January staged at the iconic Saatchi Gallery. The show is on the second floor staged in 4 galleries and filled with hands-on and interactive fun with LEGO! Perfect for fans of all ages, BRICKLIVE Christmas is heaven for those who love the world’s most popular toy!
Where is BRICKLIVE Christmas?
BRICKLIVE Christmas is based at the famous Saatchi Gallery just off the Kings Road in Chelsea, London. We are on the second floor. The closest tube is a 3 minute walk (Sloane Square) and there is parking close by.
What can we do at the show?
The show is split into 4 galleries – The Creative Zone, Christmas Zone, Minecraft and BRICKLIVE Build zone featuring LEGO Star Wars. There is lots of building fun to be had and some very cool stuff to buy if you are wanting that exclusive BRICKLIVE Christmas present.
Your ticket gets you into one x 2hr session. Multiple sessions can be booked.
How is the show structured? Can I leave early and come back in? Will I be able gain re-entry into the event if I leave?
We will have a pass out system should you need to leave the event however numbers for each session are limited so you cannot leave one session and come back into the next. Toilets and refreshments are on hand.
Will I still have to queue to enter the event even though I've purchased my tickets online in advance?
We strongly encourage purchasing BRICKLIVE Christmas tickets in advance as the sessions capacities are limited. Tickets are cheaper in advance and we cannot guarantee ticket availability the day of the event should you just turn up.
Can I bring a pushchair to BRICKLIVE Christmas?
Yes pushchairs are allowed at the event although there will be a lift to take to get to the second floor of the Saatchi Gallery.
Can I bring a camera or video camera to the event?
Yes! We encourage families to bring cameras to capture their experiences throughout the day as you create with hundreds of fantastic LEGO creations!
Please note: There will be official press and media photographers at BRICKLIVE Christmas. If you do not wish to be photographed, please contact the organisers.
Will there be places to eat inside the event?
No. The Saatchi Gallery is surrounded by fabulous cafes and restaurants to suits all budgets.
How accessible is the event for those with special needs?
BRICKLIVE Christmas offers an assortment of interactive activities that reach all learning styles and levels of interest. The event is on the second floor of The Saatchi Gallery however there is lift access to this floor. Please consult the venue website for more details. All visitors, including those in wheelchairs and those with special needs, will find BRICKLIVE Christmas to be a fun, enriching and educational experience. Guide dogs for the blind and service dogs for people with disabilities are welcome.
May my child attend the event without an adult?
For everyone’s safety, children and youths under the age of 16 must be supervised by an accompanying adult (aged 18 and over) at all times during their visit.
What happens if I get separated from the rest of my party during the event?
If at any time you are separated from the rest of your party, you should report to a member of staff or security by the entrance.
Can my child bring his/her creation(s) built at BRICKLIVE Christmas home with us?
No, the creations made at BRICKLIVE Christmas need to be left at the event. At the end of each session, the bricks are taken apart so that they can be re-used for the next visitors. Bags may be checked if any suspicious activity is reported. If you buy a Premium ticket you receive an exclusive Make and Take model to take away with you plus other goodies – And you meet Mrs Santa Claus!
Can I buy LEGO at the show?
We have a selection of LEGO sets available at the show to purchase.
Can I use my LEGO VIP card in the shop at the show?
No, we do not accept LEGO VIP cards.
Is there a cloakroom facility?
Yes there will be one at the venue

I Booked the wrong session and now I need to change it?
I am sorry we cannot refund or move session times.
My child is on the Autism Spectrum. What can you tell us about the queues and crowds at your event?
BRICKLIVE Christmas will be popular with all fans of LEGO and we are expecting a lot of visitors. Within the event, there will be a range of activities happening throughout the day. Some of these will involve queuing to take part in, but there will also be lots of areas dedicated to building and community building. Additionally there will be lots of exhibition areas where models are on display which won’t have any queues, but that can get crowded as everyone wants to see the amazing things the Adult Fans of LEGO have created from their own imaginations.Ultimately, we know that every child with autism is different and we encourage you to consider what will work best for your family.
Will tickets sell out and why is it better to book in advance?

Can I see other events at Saatchi Gallery with my BRICKLIVE Christmas ticket?
I am afraid your ticket to BRICKLIVE Christmas will only get you into that event. There are other shows on in other galleries however you will need to purchase extra tickets to gain entry.
